This past week humbled me.
I'll be honest.
I wasn't locked in.
I stopped working out.
I ate food I knew wasn't helping me.
I felt exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from the discipline I've been building.
But something I've learned over the last few years is this:
One bad week doesn't define your life.
The enemy wants you to believe one mistake means you've failed.
God reminds us that repentance leads to restoration.
So instead of staying stuck in guilt, I'm choosing to move forward.
I went back to the gym.
I'm getting back on my nutrition.
I'm staying focused on school.
I'm still building my business.
I'm still posting content.
Progress isn't about perfection.
It's about returning to the path every single time you drift away.
Takeaway
Your comeback starts the moment you stop making excuses and start taking the next right step.
Ending
God isn't finished with me yet, and I believe He's not finished with you either.
