I’ve noticed that some of the biggest growth seasons in my life came during pressure.

The Navy.
Homeownership.
Renovating my house.
Trying to build a brand while balancing everything else.

Pressure forces you to adapt.

It exposes weaknesses.
But it also builds resilience if you lean into it instead of running from it.

That’s why I’m learning to stop viewing hard seasons as punishment.

Sometimes they’re preparation.

Takeaway

The weight you carry today might be building the strength you’ll need tomorrow.

Keep going.
