I used to focus almost entirely on what I wanted to accomplish. Now I think more about who I'm becoming.
Goals matter.
But character lasts longer than achievements.
Anyone can have one great day.
I'm more interested in becoming someone who shows up every day.
Someone who keeps his word.
Someone who leads with integrity.
Someone who puts God first.
That's the person I'm working to become, and everything else grows from there.
Takeaway
Chase character before accomplishments.
Ending
Success without character isn't success.
